We are proud to announce that our law firm has filed a class action lawsuit against Apple Inc. on behalf of a client who has experienced issues with Apple’s AppleCare warranty services. Our client purchased an AppleCare extended warranty plan, believing it would provide reliable and comprehensive coverage for their devices. However, Apple’s handling of their warranty claims has raised serious concerns.
The complaint (read here) alleges that Apple has been misleading in its AppleCare warranty policies and practices by continuing to charge customers for AppleCare for devices that they know fully well are no longer in use. Instead of stopping charging customers for AppleCare on devices that have been turned back into the company, Apple has continued to charge customers, even though they have no need to pay for protection or support on that device.
Our firm is dedicated to advocating for our client’s rights and believe that companies should be held accountable for misleading practices. Our goal is to ensure that all consumers are treated fairly and receive the services they are promised. If you have experienced similar issues with AppleCare or have any questions regarding this case, please feel free to contact us
