The Block Firm is delighted to announce the recent addition of Allison Brennan Bailey to our team! Prior to joining the Block Firm, Allison was an associate at Eversheds Sutherland, one of the largest international law firms in the world. She represented clients in large, complex class actions, many of which dealt with issues of first impression and emerging law. Throughout her career, Allison has continually sought out opportunities to assist those without access to high quality legal representation, including asylum applicants and habeas litigants. Most notably, she worked with the Promise of Justice Initiative to provide representation to individuals who were convicted by nonunanimous juries, in violation of their constitutional rights. Allison graduated summa cum laude from Emory Law School as one of the top ten students in her class. Following graduation, she clerked for a federal district court judge in Virginia.
